Deku has faced many powerful villains so far. Many of them almost killed Deku but sometime its luck and sometimes its his quirk up gradation, who saves him but in the end he survives. His new quirk, Danger Sense was a big help for him after the awakening of Shigaraki, but in the latest chapter of my hero academia chapters 347-48, it doesn't work on Toga. She loves Deku so much that she wants to become one with him by sucking his blood. Because of her affection toward Deku, his danger sense doesn't work on her.

In the my hero academia chapter 348, deku was surprised after hearing Toga's confession and he wasn't prepared for that. When she confessed her love to deku, Uraraka's reaction was just normal. We also got to know that Toga is natural counter to his danger sense. Answering Toga, deku says that he also likes All Might very much, he wants to become like him, not him. But in the process he never thought for a second to hurt others. After hearing the answer of deku, toga compare Deku and Ochako to her mother and father, who wants her to act like normal. She says you all think that only heroes and the people they save are valued as people, the rest don't even matter to you. She says I am done with you deku. 

Deku reminds her as his first crush, after she met him, she doesn't think any other than him but now she is not going to do anymore than this.She attacks Uraraka but Froppy comes and save her. She tell deku to go and they can take care of Toga.
